EXPRESS ESTIMATOR IMPORTER
After acquiring and visualizing 3D files, it is possible to create and validate the bill of materials (BOM) contained within them, and then export the entire assembly into the Express Estimator database to quickly initiate the quoting process.
INTEGRATION WITH ERP AND OTHER COMPANY SOFTWARE

The fast component nesting function automatically evaluates material usage across user-defined sheet formats, determining the optimal raw material cost. It takes into account fiber direction, sheet finishes, and — if needed — usable remnants.

The software can handle single parts or complete assemblies with their related Bill of Materials (BOM). A sophisticated revision control system for individual parts ensures efficient management of assembly versions.

To accelerate quote approval, temporary quotes can be generated in urgent cases, even if some material or subcontracting costs are missing or unconfirmed.
